Regulation on the conditions under which derogations from certain phytosanitary requirements are authorised when introducing wood of Thuja L. originating in Canada.

This Regulation lays down the conditions under which derogations from the phytosanitary requirements are authorised when introducing wood of Thuja L., including wood which has not kept its natural round surface, originating from Canada. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
