Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 2012 (S.I. No. 494 of 2012).

This Order amends the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (First Schedule) Order, 2010 in Part II of the First Schedule by the insertion of “Bovine Viral Diarrhoea”. The effect of this amendment is that the Diseases of Animals Act 1966 shall apply to Bovine Viral Diarrhoea.
