These Regulations amend the Dangerous Substances (Retail and Private Petroleum Stores) Regulations 1979 in regulation 4 and by substituting for Schedule 7 a new Schedule. Regulation 4 concerns conditions for stores that existed before the entry into force of the principal Regulations. Schedule 7 sets out the form of a licence to keep petroleum class I at a retail store or private store and the prescribed conditions attached to such licence.
