Ordinance on the methods and terms for the calculation and payment of compensation for the emissions of carbon dioxide into the environment.

This Regulation prescribes the manner and time necessary for the correct calculation and payment of the compensation for the emissions of carbon dioxide into the environment (CO2 emissions). Payer of the fees and related charges for the environmental compensation shall also apply to the Fund the following information: a) change of ownership, lease, property or other rights on a single source of CO2 emissions; b) the beginning of a new single source of CO2 emissions; c) date of permanent closure of an individual source of CO2.
