This Decree, consisting of 5 articles and 1 Annex, creates a Partially Protected Area for the implementation of the Integrated Project of Techobanine Harbour. This Partially Protected Area establishes the requirements, terms and conditions to be satisfied in order to implement the Economic Development Projects within the District of Matutuíne, including the Integrated Project of Techobanine Harbour, aiming at building, maintaining and performing any harbor activity, including, maritime facilities, railways and developing related projects. The Annex specifies the geographical map and coordinates of this area.
