Complaints Commission (Amendment) Act, 2012 (No. 19 of 2012).
This Act amends Complaints Commission Act in sections 2 (interpretation) and 6 (disqualification of membership). In the definition of “complaint” the word “request” is replaced by the word “circumstance”.
