National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 2003; Amendment of Schedule 2 (No. 236 of 2013).

This Notice amends Schedule 2 of the National Environmental Management Protected Areas Act, 2003, which lists and defines national parks in terms of section 20 (6)(a) of the Act. An air space to a level of 2.500 feet above the highest point of any park shall be included in that park.
