The Regulation sets rules with regard to the financial support to operators in the forest sector for economic development and growth. Application for subsidy shall be reviewed by the Swedish Forest Agency. Criteria for financial support shall be subject to the submission of information of de minimis aid received during the previous three years. Appeals shall be implemented in adherence to article 22 of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223). These regulations shall not apply to payment for previously granted aid but shall be equivalent to up to 100% percent of the approved estimated cost.
