This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Nuclear Fund Act. In particular, the present Act regulates provisions concerning financial resources of the Nuclear Fund, originally specified in art. 7 of the amended Act, and establishes transitional provisions for regulations effective from 1 January 2013.
