Council Directive 2013/18/EU adapting Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources, by reason of the accession of the Republic of Croatia.

In view of the accession of Croatia to the European Union, this Directive updates Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources. Part A of Annex I is supplemented by inserting the national overall targets applicable to Croatia for the share of energy from renewable sources in gross final consumption of energy in 2020.
