This Regulation prescribes interventions that are subject to an official environmental impact evaluation; contents, date and methods for making studies on the concrete environmental impact assessment`; way of making reports and standards for the correct evaluations; way of public informing and public participation; and other provisions necessary for the implementation of rights and obligations of the participants in the entire process related to the environmental impact evaluation and assessment. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
