This Regulation provides for the complete technical rules for the certification of inland vessels on the Croatian territory and part of the provisions prescribed by the Law. These provisions are prescribed in order to provide a complete set of standards granting the sustainable use and environmentally safe performance of the navigation and related activities. The Technical Rules are printed among this Regulation as Annex. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
