The fishing quota allocated to United Kingdom for 2013 for tusk in European Union and international waters of I, II and XIV is deemed to be exhausted as from 8 October 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in those zones by vessels flying the flag of or registered in the United Kingdom.
