The present Law lays down provisions relating to the promotion of agriculture and forestry in Carinthia. The Land of Carinthia is called to contribute to the sustainable development of an efficient and modern agriculture and forestry. The government of Carinthia has to produce every year a report concerning the economic, ecological and social situation of agriculture and forestry. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Promotion of agriculture and forestry (2); Promotion of alpine dairies and alpine cadastre (2a); Promotion plan (3); Promotion management (4); Agricultural Advisory Board (5); Agricultural Report (6); Final provisions (7).
