This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of granting access to information related to water supply and sewerage to unrestricted number of natural and legal persons independently of the scope of access thereto. Information shall be disseminated through internet and in written form at the request of consumers. Information shall regard the amount of water supply, amount of discharged and treated effluent waste water and the amount of loss of water in water supply network.
