This Law amends certain provisions of the Law on golf courses (Official Gazette 152/2008). Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, technical-physical and administrative provisions regarding the land use/construction/concession for golf courses, and other provisions also governing the mandatory penalties for non compliance with the prescribed standards/rules.
