This Regulation establishes the ministries and other administrative bodies, establishes the organization and various methods necessary for a correct and sustainable state administration and governing issues aimed to ensure the enforcement of decisions of the Constitutional Court, as well as other important issues part of the international standards and principles. Provisions are also aimed to determine the official duties of the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in order to offer a full implementation of the international rules and other standards necessary for a correct and fair use and management of the state resources.
