This Regulation amends various provisions part of the Regulation on maximum level for certain contaminants in foodstuff (Official Gazette 154/2008). Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, packaging and labelling requirements, and other official control and monitoring rules and provisions. This Regulation also provides some technical changes related to the provisions of the Annex I.
