The present Regulation is made under the Forestry Service Providers Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. In particular, section 2 establishes for the purposes set out in section 26 (1) of the Act, the Forestry Service Providers Compensation Fund. The text consists of 3 sections.
