Decree implementing Directive Commission Directive 2013/27/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include chlorfenapyr as an active substance in Annex I thereto.

By virtue of this Decree the active substance chlorfenapyr is included in the list of biocidal products, pursuant to Commission Directive 2013/27/EU.
