Decree amending Decree of 29 July 2009 implementing article 68 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009 on common rules for direct support schemes for farmers under the common agricultural policy.

The present Decree lays down additional provisions to Decree of 29 July 2009, as regards aid for farmers for the production of potatoes. These measures are set forth in the context of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union.
