This Law provides all necessary conditions, standards, manner and requirements for mandatory public procurement of goods and services (including emergency and disaster related procedures) performed by state bodies, organizations, institutions, or other legal entity determined and/or authorized by this Law. The Law is divided into 10 Chapters and 152 articles, including all offences and related penalties. The Annex (containing the public procurement official classification list) is an integral part of this Law.
