This Decree, consisting of 18 articles, regulates the Development Fund of Espírito Santo (FUNDES). This Fund aims at the financial support of the development of the State, through rural and urban projects that contribute to the expansion, modernization and diversification of the productive sectors of the State, encouraging investments, technological renewal and increase competitiveness of the State, with emphasis on the generation of employment and income, and the reduction of social and regional inequalities.
