This Order approves the Technical Regulation for the Production of Regional Cheese "Paragominas". This Technical Regulation, consisting of XV sections, establishes all necessary requirements (including hygyene and sanitary procedures) to be satisfied in order to produce the above mentioned Regional cheese, according to the existing General Provisions and the technical specifications provided in the Annexes. It also provides for animal health criteria and procedures to be adopted for milk quality and treatment standards.
