Commission Regulation (EU) No. 815/2014 establishing a prohibition of fishing for anglerfish in VIIIc, IX and X; Union waters of CECAF 34.1.1 by vessels flying the flag of France.

The quota allocated to France for fishing for anglerfish in VIIIc, IX and X; Union waters of CECAF 34.1.1 is deemed to be exhausted as from 7 July 2014. Therefore by virtue of this Regulation the Commission prohibits fishing for that species in such waters to all vessels flying the flag of or registered in France.
