South Arran Marine Conservation (Amendment) Order 2014 (S.S.I. No. 297 of 2014).

This Order amends the South Arran Marine Conservation Order 2014 in the definition of “fishing gear” and in relation to prohibited and regulated fishing activities and authorisation of things prohibited by the principal Order. It mainly relates to the use of fishing gear.
