This Decree, consisting of 21 articles, regulates Law No. 9.923/2012 on the State Programme of Technical Assistance and Rural Extension for Family Farming and Agrarian Reform of the State of Espírito Santo (PROATERES). TO achieve the objectives of the PROATERES contained in Art. 7 of the above mentioned Law, the bodies and entities listed in article 2 may, in the areas of their skills, develop partnerships, through specific instruments, institutions and public or private organizations, with or without profit, in compliance with existing legislation.
