This Norm, consisting of 6 articles, establishes procedures for implementing protecting measures to prevent, control and monitor the implementation of article 10 of Order SEMA No. 79. Implemenation specifies the governmental committment in adopting protecting measures to prevent biological invasion and to enable the replacement of these species by native species.
