This Decree establishes the modalities of transactions and turnover of petroleum products (oil and oil derivatives) on the national territory. Enterprise and company shall inform the competent authority of the amount of petroleum products present at storage facilities. Natural persons shall be authorized to store petroleum products exclusively for their own personal needs. Legal persons performing wholesale trade of petroleum products must make sure that they comply with the established standards. Petroleum products not complying with the established standards shall be prohibited for trade. Entrepreneurial activities related to transactions with petroleum products shall require mandatory issuance of special permit by the competent authority for the period of three years.
