The present Ordinance implements the Law on historic preservation of 20 March 1980. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the preservation of historic sites. The text consists of 27 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Organization and competences (I); Historical monuments (II); Application for subsidy (III); Rights and obligations of municipalities (IV); Organizations entitled to file an appeal (V); Final provisions (VI).
