This Regulation defines the quality and other requirements for refreshing non-alcoholic beverages and related products (also providing the labelling and marking provisions, additional quality specifications, processing and concrete technological rules), which must be met in all phases of production and trade. Product specification shall contain a short description of the concrete technological process, the basic requirements of quality, the test over the required quality, as well as data from the declaration in accordance with the labelling and marking rules.
