This Regulation officially adopts the Serbian hunter’s ethics Code to be observed, implemented, respected and monitored by all participants in all hunting related activities on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The Code is a guide (containing concrete technical support issues and provisions, conscience principals for moral behavior and rules for relationships between hunters and hunting organizations in respect of the nature and wildlife) related to the: nature; wildlife and other animals; hunting weapons and equipment; social environment; hunting companions; hunting dogs. The integrated text of this Code (composed of a preface and 43 article) is an integral part of this Regulation.
