This Regulation establishes the Ministries and other administrative bodies, including the correct manner of state administration and other issues relevant to the work of state administration and related bodies/commissions. The bodies defined by this Regulation are also part of the following Montenegrin Ministries: Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Transport; Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management; Ministry of Environmental Protection and Physical Planning.
