Instruction No.2 of 2013 on the establishment and functioning of the scientific committee and the scientific panels of the National Food Authority.

This Instruction provides for the establishment of the Scientific Committee which shall provide, at request, scientific opinions in the field of food safety. It is composed of two panels: the panel of biological risks, and the panel of chemical risks. Its tasks and rules of procedures are further laid down in the Instruction.
