Regulation No. 29 laying down the procedures, quantities, conditions, and criteria for exonerating the fishing boats from the taxes of circulation and carbon.

According to the Regulation, the fishing boats are exonerated from the circulation tax and the carbon tax at the moment of gas purchase. The technical and technological norms of the gas to be used by fishing boats are specified in the Appendix 1 attached to the regulation.
