This Law defines various administrative and concrete legal provisions aimed to regulate: the performance of and conditions of wholesale trade, retail trade and services, the establishment and termination of commercial activities, special forms of trade, mandatory, ordinary and extraordinary consumer protection, rules prescribing certain trade restriction, supervision of the application of the principles here prescribed, as well as other issues of importance for the performance of safe, sustainable and consumer friendly trade on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
