These Regulations set out the powers of authorised officers engaged in carrying out inspections on projects and beneficiaries funded under “Relevant Regulations”, i.e. the Regulations set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. These Regulations also define offences and contain penalty provisions. Inspections shall be carried out on projects and beneficiaries funded under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
