These Regulations aim to strengthen on-site supervision and inspection of automatic pollution source monitoring facilities. The Regulations consist of 29 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions (I); Supervision and administration (II); On-site supervision and inspection (III); Legal liabilities (IV); Supplementary provisions (V). The Regulations provide for the content, procedures and rules of on-site supervision and inspection of automatic pollution source monitoring facilities.
