This Order, consisting of 3 articles and 2 Annexes, approves the Phytosanitary Certificate models and Export Certificate and the conditions of issue by the National Organization for Plant Protection (ONPV) under Law No. 29/VIII/2013 of 13 May. Annex specifies requirements for Phytosanitary Certificate conformity for plant exportation.
