This Ministerial Decision approves the Statute template of the Regional Delegation Cabinet for Economic Areas with Accelerated Development (GAZEDA). This Statute template, consisting of 3 Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Cabinet in order to regulate its organization and functioning and improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the promotion and coordination of actions related to the creation, development and management of Special Economic Zones and Industrial Duty-free zones by setting up the model of organizational units and their financial and asset management.
