Nagoya Protocol (Compliance) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 1691 of 2015).
These Regulations amend the Nagoya Protocol (Compliance) Regulations 2015 so as to ensure that there is a penalty associated with the offence of obstruction of an inspector who exercises a power under those Regulations.
