Confidentiality rules with regard to agricultural science and technology.

The purpose of these Rules is to strengthen confidentiality management with regard to agricultural science and technology. The Rules are divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions (I); Scope and classification of agricultural science and technology secrets (II); Agricultural science and technology secret class determination, change and decryption (III); Confidential management of agricultural science and technology secrets (IV); Supplementary provisions (V). Agricultural science and technology confidentiality management shall ensure the safety of agricultural science and technology secrets, but also shall be conducive to agricultural science and technology progress and popularity and the development of agriculture and rural economy.
