Regulation on the manner and procedure for import and transit and the manner and procedure for carrying out checks and inspection of shipments on pets (bird species) that are not intended for trade or transfer to others person.

This Regulation defines various rules (in terms of technical and sanitary conditions; inspection provisions; administrative issues such as certification) for import and transit of pet birds that are not intended for trade or transfer to others person or holder. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
