Regulation on form and content of the application on approval or failure of the request for the approval for facilities for animal feed (authorization/revocation).

This Regulation prescribes the administrative form and content of the approval (or failure of the same caused by technical and/or legal lacs) of the request for the authorization of facilities dealing with and/or producing animal feed (on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
