Regulation on the methods for determining the effective meat content in carcasses of slaughtered pigs.

This Regulation defines the necessary methods and rules for the correct determining of the effective meat content in slaughtered pig carcasses (the territory of the Republic of Macedonia). This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
