The present Ordinance enforces the Fishery Ordinance of 28 October 1996. In particular, the Decisions lays down provisions relating to the Fishery Fund. The purpose of the Fishery Fund is to finance fisheries, i.e. in particular the preservation of fish stocks and their habitats. Also constructions, stock breeding and promotion in general may be financed by the Fund. The text consists of 7 articles.
