The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order provides for the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of milk produced in Manitoba. Section 4 establishes that no person shall buy or purchase milk except from or through the Commodity Board and no producer shall sell milk except to or through the Commodity Board.
