This Law regulates the correct working in (terms of duties, administrative forms and powers, data collection and reporting, planning and performance) of the state agricultural inspection (for legal and physical entities or persons on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia). This Law is divided into V Chapters and 24 articles, including the offences and penalties.
