This Law regulates the defense system against the hail/hailstone on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, the rights and obligations of state administration and related bodies, bodies of autonomous province and organs of local self-organization of the hail defense system, including issues determining the financing and supervision of the implementation of these rules, as well as other issues of importance for the correct functioning of the anti-hail defense system (protection of agricultural good and assets). The Law is divided into XI Chapters and 23 articles, including the offences and penalties.
