These Regulations, consisting of 12 sections and completed by two Schedules, implement provisions under the Co-operatives National Law (South Australia) Act 2013. The Regulations provide for: management and administration of co-operatives; funds and property; restrictions on the acquisitions of interests in co-operatives; foreign co-operatives; supervision and protection of co-operatives; fees; register of members; etc.
